ForceForThought.com was born from the idea to keep track of some of the more complex issues I faced when working with Salesforce. And by complex I mean multiple subjects on a collision course with each other…
I was looking for a way to work on these subjects and create some kind of track record. I started the blog to help others, who are facing the same hurdles as well. Because documentation can be very helpful, but in the end it’s about the context and because no context is the same, the struggle is real!

Timber Fontijn (In English it’s something like: fon · tai · n), nice to meet you.
I work as a solution architect for a tech savvy fashion retailer in The Netherlands. I mainly focus on all subjects that relate to our customers: customer service, e-commerce, crm and marketing automation.
On a daily basis I work with a lot of (acquired) Salesforce products like Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Mulesoft.
